Each Rage Room session includes 30 minutes inside the Rage Room. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, waiver completion, safety briefing, gear fitting, and setup.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals may have reduced room time and may be treated as a no-show.

Yes. Every participant must sign a waiver before participating.

Participants ages 12–17 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver and must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18 or older who remains on-site throughout the experience.

Participants must be at least 12 years old.

Participants under age 18 require parental consent.

We recommend:

• Long pants
• Long sleeves when possible
• Closed-toe shoes (required)

Participants wearing sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, or open-toe footwear will not be permitted to participate.

We provide required protective equipment, including eye and face protection and additional safety gear as needed.

All protective equipment must remain on throughout the experience.

Yes. Participants may connect a phone to our Bluetooth speaker system and play their own music during the session.

Absolutely. Participants may set up phones on approved tripods before entering the room.

For safety reasons, phones may not be handheld while smashing items.

Possibly. Certain items may be approved for destruction.

Items containing hazardous materials, batteries, chemicals, flammable substances, pressurized containers, or prohibited materials are not permitted.

Please contact us before your reservation if you wish to bring your own items.

For safety reasons, we do not recommend Rage Room participation during pregnancy.

Participation is not recommended for individuals with conditions that may be aggravated by physical activity, loud noises, flying debris, or sudden movements.

If unsure, consult your physician before participating.

No, Anyone appearing intoxicated or impaired by alcohol, drugs, or other substances will be denied participation without refund.

Participants may be held financially responsible for intentional or reckless damage to property not designated for destruction.

All sales are final.

No refunds are provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, weather, scheduling conflicts, change of plans, or participant removal due to safety violations.

Yes, Reservations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

A rescheduling fee may apply.

Changes requested less than 48 hours before the reservation may be denied or subject to additional fees.

Late arrivals may lose part or all of their scheduled session time.

If you arrive too late to complete the safety briefing, your reservation may be considered a no-show.

Staff may immediately end your session without refund if you fail to follow safety instructions or engage in unsafe behavior.

Spectators who remain outside the Rage Room generally do not need a waiver; however, Panic Escape Room reserves the right to require waivers for any person entering designated activity areas.

Yes, Participation involves inherent risks, including cuts, bruises, flying debris, physical exertion, serious injury, and other hazards. All participants assume these risks by choosing to participate.
