Reservations are not required but strongly recommended. We are a reservation-based business and we recommend that you log onto our website and click the ‘Book Now’ button or call for assistance. Walk-ins will likely be turned away due to lack of availability as time slots may not be available upon arrival.

Some of our themes may require participants to complete parts of the game by crawling or kneeling down on their knees or climbing through a narrow doorway. If you have physical limitations, please contact us before booking. Or, let your Game Master know when you arrive prior to entering any of our immersive experiences so we can help with any special accommodations.

Panic Escape Room is great for corporate team-building events! An escape game teaches people to communicate on a level not found in a traditional office environment. IMPORTANT – If your party has booked the entire experience then the members of your party, who are arriving late, will be escorted to the game that has already started. But the game starts on said time in order to avoid running into the following booking.

You must arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your start time. Safety rules and game objectives need to be conveyed and that can take several minutes. Much like a movie, the show will go on with or without you. If you are part of a larger group, you will be entered into the game up to 15 minutes after its start but after that you may not be allowed to join the experience while in progress. Our goal is not to upset the flow of the game for those participants who arrived on time. No Refunds are given for late, missed, or canceled games.

We understand that life happens and that something could possibly prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment and request a change prior to 48 hours notice, we can only reschedule your appointment to another date and time of your choice and a $25 Reschedule fee will be applied. Any Rescheduling for any reason that is done with less than 48hrs notice will be charged an additional 50% of the total reservation price to reschedule.  (Manager Discretion)

Tricky Question! We constantly adjust our hours to best suit the needs of the public and to accommodate holidays and special events. our suggestion is to follow what is currently listed on Google. or just give us a call as sometimes we may make special accommodations just for you!

Unfortunately, we do not. However, there are some great restaurants within 1-2 miles of our locations. We do offer you the option of catering in as we have a conference room and break room that double as party rooms. Since now the laws have changed and you can also cater food and alcohol from just about anywhere. Call to discuss these and other amenities that we offer our guests who book an entire experience. Occupancy varies by theme. Generally, game participation levels range between 2-12. Please view the ‘Escape Rooms’ page to see themes and maximum occupancy levels. Important note: a minimum of two players is required for most games but some games require a minimum of 4 per game based on themes and individual players will not be permitted to enter into a game unless there is at least one other participant.

Private Experiences should now state that all rooms are considered private at no additional cost

During your game, you can ask for up to 3 Clues from your Game Master, who is monitoring your game closely, but don’t “PANIC” if you get stuck our team is trained to get you out of any situation! We also offer ULIMITED CLUES for $10 . You can choose this add-on before or during gameplay, just ask your game master!

To book your movie like escape experience simply click the ‘Book Now’ button and select your theme; the rest is self-explanatory. Should you have any issues booking please call and we will assist. We highly discourage walk ins as you may not be guaranteed an available game when you do so check online, book or call ahead! Games must be booked at least 1 hour in advance online; some exceptions can be made by calling us first. We require you arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking time to fill out our waiver and to ensure you get the full one-hour experience.

We offer special start times that are before and after normal business hours call for details. 

If this happens, your party will be given two options: 1. Play the game with time deducted, or 2. Reschedule the game for another day or time, some fees may apply.

Anyone can play but understand that some of our themes have adult content and adult themes and may not be suitable for all audiences. it’s a case-by-case basis. Please note that any children 5 years old and above require a full price ticket, and if booking for anyone under the age of 18 an adult is required to sign a waiver but not required to play/participate in the experience. 

If you purchase a Groupon/Coupon you are subject to the terms stated on that site/promotion PER is not responsible for grammatical errors or misrepresentations from 3rd party vendors. In addition, PER charges a “booking fee “for use of those coupons. You are required to follow the instructions given to you on the 3rd party site and complete your booking “Online Only” if you would like us to do the booking for you, there will be a “service fee” of $3.95 added to do so.
